1. Commercial Job Title: Technical Director

The Technical Director is the primary technical advisor to the customer and to MaraTech’s Program Managers.

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) or more years relevant experience with at least two years technical management experience. Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements.

Functional Responsibility: The Technical Director performs program analysis and technical management tasks and provides analytical support and guidance in the accomplishment of all project related technical activities. In addition, he/she:

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in an appropriate technical or business discipline is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

 

2. Commercial Job Title: Program Manager

The Program Manager is the authorized interface and primary point of contact between MaraTech and the customer and is responsible for overall project performance.

 Minimum/General Experience:  Ten (10) or more years relevant experience with at least two years management experience.  Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements.

 Functional Responsibility:  The Program Manager performs program analysis and management tasks and provides management support and guidance in the accomplishment of all project related activities. In addition, he/she:

 Minimum Education:  A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in an appropriate technical or business discipline is required.  An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

 

3. Commercial Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

The Lead Software Engineer provides consulting and services in the analysis, design, integration and installation of complex information technology software and systems. He/she conceives, analyzes, and designs complex software, applications systems or information systems and develops technical solutions to a customer's unique requirements. The Lead Software Engineer has frequent inter-organizational and customer contact.

Minimum/General Experience: Seven (7) or more years relevant experience. Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements.

Functional Responsibility: The Lead Software Engineer performs high level software engineering tasks, often requiring development of new techniques. He/she provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of software engineering methods. In addition, he/she:

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in an appropriate technical or business discipline is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

 

4. Commercial Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Engineer provides consulting and services in the analysis, design, integration and installation of complex systems. He/she conceives, analyzes, and develops technical solutions to customer unique requirements. He/she may provide technical direction to professional staff members working on a specific project, with responsibility for the technical accuracy and satisfactory completion of the project.

Minimum/General Experience: Five (5) or more years relevant experience. Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements.

Functional Responsibility: The Senior Software Engineer performs tasks of a complex nature using both standard and non-standard analysis, design, and software engineering methods and techniques. He/she solves major technical problems. In addition, he/she:

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate technical discipline is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

 

5. Commercial Job Title: Software Engineer

A Software Engineer provides consultation and services on technical issues of a non-routine and complex nature and may provide direction to junior level technical or non-technical personnel on an assigned project.

Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) or more years relevant experience.

Functional Responsibility: A Software Engineer performs software engineering tasks of a moderately complex nature which require both standard and non-standard design and advanced software engineering techniques. In addition, he/she:

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate technical discipline is required.

 

6. Commercial Job Title: Lead Engineer/Analyst

The Lead Engineer/Analyst provides consulting and services in the analysis, design, development, integration, and installation of complex information technology systems. He/she conceives, analyzes, and designs complex solutions to a customer's unique requirements which require an interdisciplinary approach using principles of economics, engineering, computer science, life-cycle analysis, and human behavior. The Lead Engineer/Analyst has frequent inter-organizational and customer contact.

Minimum/General Experience: Seven (7) or more years relevant experience. Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements.

Functional Responsibility: The Lead Engineer/Analyst performs high level engineering/analyst tasks, often requiring development of new techniques. He/she provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of engineering/analysis methods. In addition, he/she:

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in an appropriate technical or business discipline is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate technical or business discipline is required. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

 

9. Commercial Job Title: Senior Engineer Technician

The Senior Engineer Technician applies standard engineering theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems

Minimum/General Experience: Four (4) or more years relevant experience.

Functional Responsibility: The Senior Engineer Technician plans and designs processes, components, or equipment working in conjunction with requirements and specifications developed by more senior staff. In addition, he/she:

 Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent training or two (2) years additional related experience. Bachelor’s degree may substitute for four (4) experience.

 

10. Commercial Job Title: Engineer Technician

The Engineer Technician applies standard engineering theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems

Minimum/General Experience: One (1) or more years relevant experience.

Functional Responsibility: The Engineer Technician plans and designs processes, components, or equipment working in conjunction with requirements and specifications developed by more senior staff. In addition, he/she:

 Minimum Education: Technical certificate training or two (2) years related experience.

 

11. Commercial Job Title: Support Specialist II

The Support Specialist II accomplishes support work in direct support of other senior personnel.

 Minimum/General Experience: Six or more years experience.

 Functional Responsibility:  The Support Specialist II performs specialized tasks in support of project activities as directed by senior personnel.  Assists in all aspects of work to include hands-on environmental services as directed by senior personnel, office administration, and facility operation activities.  Performs recurring tasks without supervision.

 Minimum Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.

 

12. Commercial Job Title: Support Specialist I

The Support Specialist I accomplishes support work in direct support of other senior personnel.

Minimum/General Experience: No experience required.

Functional Responsibility:  The Support Specialist I performs specialized tasks in support of project activities as directed by senior personnel.  Assists in all aspects of work to include hands-on environmental services as directed by senior personnel, office administration, and facility operation activities. 

Minimum Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.
